1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yera ("Yera", "we", "us"), a service that lets you create and order premium hardcover photo books. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Yera.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or have a parent/guardian's consent) to use Yera.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Yera a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce and print Your Content solely to provide the service to you — including transmitting it to our print and fulfilment partner to produce and ship your book. We do not sell Your Content or use it for advertising.
4. Acceptable use
You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or any law. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that sexualises or endangers minors. We may refuse, cancel or remove any order or content that breaches these Terms, and may suspend accounts that do so.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the site and include free worldwide shipping; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is completed. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
