This policy explains how Yera ("Yera", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our photo-book service. By using Yera you agree to this policy.
2. What we collect
- Account details — your email address and, optionally, a display name.
- Your photos and text — the images and captions you upload for your books, including information embedded in the photos such as the date taken and, where present, GPS location (used for the optional date stamps and map features).
- Order & delivery details — your name and shipping address, collected at checkout so your book can be printed and delivered.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data — standard logs (e.g. device/browser type) needed to run and secure the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the service: to build, preview, print and ship your books; to process payments; to send you order-related emails (confirmation, production, shipping with tracking, and refunds); to provide support; and to keep the service secure and working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run Yera, and only as needed:We may also disclose information if required by law.
